My first NSV

I've noticed that my knees don't hurt as bad anymore!! The last few months while sitting at my desk all day if I have my knee bent it hurts. I just realized that I can get up and walk after sitting for a long time and I hardly notice any pain in them now.

Oh and the big pants are getting baggy!! :)

    I'm glad that you're seeing such a wonderful result from your efforts. I also realized, after a couple months of beginning to lose weight, that I didn't have any leg/hip pain when I went to bed anymore. And there were more perks to come. So keep up the good work in improving your health in all kinds of ways!

    That's huge! I have bad knees myself and would love a little relief. While looking great is a nice side affect, being healthier is such an awesome reward for your hard work!

    I read that every one pound lost takes four pounds of pressure off of your knees. I'm glad your feeling better.
