    Winter - PJ pants only
    Summer - PJ pants only
    Friend's house - PJ pants only, different bed. If same bed were the only option, I doubt I'd be there in the first place, naked or not.
    No clean undies - Since I'm a grown adult, I'd use my friend's washer, go to laundromat or go buy new undies (in that order). If, for some bizarre reason, those options weren't available, I'd go commando.
