Anybody use a bodymedia to track burned calories?

I participated in a study that looked into the calories exercise bikes, elliptical, and treadmills spit out. I also was able to get my resting metabolic rate as part of this study. Using my bodymedia calories per minute in the wee hours while i am sleeping, it is within 100 calories of what the expensive machine said.

So, how do I use the calories from the widget (which is linked to mfp) to maximize my weight loss?
