One or two Cardio sessions?

Sorry if this is a FAQ, if so I would be grateful if you just pointed me at the other posts.
If I have time for an hour of cardio in a day the question is (specific to weight loss): would one 60 minute session be better or would two 30 minute sessions be better, or is there no difference.
It seems I can come up with rational for all three scenarios so wondering what others have to say.

The only difference it will make is you may be able to go harder for 30 mins, rest, then another 30 mins. However if you work out the same intensity for two 30 mins sessions as one 60 mins session you will burn the roughly the same amount of calories.0
