I done many diets and suceeded and then failed. Using this application has been an incredible way to keep my apetite in check.

It seems that not eating too much and doing something good for my body everyday seems to be working well.

I've been walking about 12 -15 miles a week on the treadmill and using some restraint around food.

This site is an incredible resource.


I am pleased to say 20 has come off.

    Great job on losing the 20 lbs. I :heart: this site...It has been a wonderful tool for weight loss.

    thank you. I hope to keep it up. I am almost ready to set a new goal. I am doing it in about 20 pound increments. I imagine the second 20 will take a bit longer.

    If anyone knows of tasty low calorie sweets please post them.

    Today a friend told me that bomb pops are only 40 calories.

    Congrats on 20 lbs! You know what my downfall is? Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches....they are about 150 cals. No matter what I eat during the day, I ALWAYS save enough cals for one at night. Weight Watcher oreo chocolate bars are also to die for (130 cals.)
