Why you should never just guess or assume

With your food on your diary!

Lets clear it now that my dinner, was a complete wash (yeah so what we need to go grocery shopping). However with my dinner out what my husband brought home (fried chicken...jaysus!) I chose two chicken wings, some mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I weighed the mashed and claw. I just put 2 chicken DRUMMIES in there since I had to be quick to leave for school. Those two were 500 calories together.

It didnt seem right. So I just looked up WINGS and its nearly half the calories of those drummies. Well duh. Glad I fixed it. lol.
