Ready To Get Healthy!

INTRO- SORRY SO LONG!!!
Hi! My name is Jane. I am 21 years old, married for a little over two years, and have a 17 month old little girl. I have used MFP off and on for a little over a year. I've been overweight all of my life (I mean from a toddler up). I've always wanted to lose weight, so I would go on all of these crazy diets. You name it, I've tried it. But I realized that my problem was that the only reason I wanted to lose weight it to "look good", I never cared about being healthy. I gained weight with my pregnancy, and reached an all time high of 313 pounds. I lost almost 50 pounds after that, but I gained it all back. Starting out this time on MFP, I weighed 307 pounds!! With my daughter getting more active and mobile these past few months have made me realize just how terribly out of shape I am. I'm tired of this CRAP!! I want to keep up with my sweet little girl and live a long healthy life! So, I'm doing this NOW...and I'm doing it the RIGHT way!! My goal is to lose 100 pounds, but it doesn't really matter if I hit that goal or not as long as I feel great and am able to do what I want to do!!
I definately need all the support I can get, and I am a great motivator!!! So, please feel free to add me or respond to this topic.
