Whole dairy products vs fat free/reduced fat

I know that this is a very debatable topic. What is better real whole diary products or the fat free or reduced fat counterparts? Any research linked to these would be great! Thank you!

Whole by far is the better choice health-wise. I always recommend the book "Real Food" by Nina Planck. Amazing info on real foods & why we should skip the low-fat, non-fat stuff! She talks about every food group, it's very fascinating. And some parts horrifying about conventionally raised foods.0

I prefer lowfat/no fat options but thats because we only had that as kids (my sister's body couldnt break down the fats as a child so we werent allowed full fat dairy in the house lol).
Full fat dairy makes me feel sick, but the healthiest option is what ever you enjoy within moderation. I dont think there is anything wrong with full fat dairy0
