Whole dairy products vs fat free/reduced fat

I know that this is a very debatable topic. What is better real whole diary products or the fat free or reduced fat counterparts? Any research linked to these would be great! :) Thank you!

Whole by far is the better choice health-wise. I always recommend the book "Real Food" by Nina Planck. Amazing info on real foods & why we should skip the low-fat, non-fat stuff! She talks about every food group, it's very fascinating. And some parts horrifying about conventionally raised foods.
  • I prefer lowfat/no fat options but thats because we only had that as kids (my sister's body couldnt break down the fats as a child so we werent allowed full fat dairy in the house lol).

Full fat dairy makes me feel sick, but the healthiest option is what ever you enjoy within moderation. I dont think there is anything wrong with full fat dairy :)
