Something MFP lacks ...

While MyFitnessPal has a way to record weight loss, it does not have a graphing chart.

I did a quick search and I found an online site where we can make charts (bar graphs, line charts, etc) for free. I am soooo excited!!

You can create a chart showing your weight loss, your dwindling measurements, your treadmill progress, the increase in poundage you lift in the gym, or even the ever-changing height of your little rug rats:

And yes, I will admit that I might just a little too excited about this. What can I say? I'm a geek. I'm a nerd. I like visuals. I want (maybe even need) charts to show my progress. Unfortunately, I'm not geeky or nerdy or smart enough to create my own graph program. ;-)

Ah, I am just nerdy enough to start my own spreadsheet! It's at home, or I would screen shot a copy. I've gotten a bit mad wih graphs and formulae too.

Sweet website though. Thanks for the link!

    Ummm....

Reports, Progress, Weight, select timeframe, go!

I'm also pretty sure any middle schooler could do this in Excel (or whatevah...Open Office, etc. if you don't wanna pay) in about 3 seconds.

    p.s. SigmaPlot ftw

I never thought of this! I have one drawn out on graph paper, which I record weight and body fat. I though it was just me who needed to do this. I have my IF days logged to so I can see what effect that has!!

Like links slayer said, graphs are available here, but I think they could be better.

  • fitday.com shows your weight loss against your projected goal loss in a line graph.

I like their graphs, but as far as tracking calories and stuff its not as good a site.

I quite like designing and inputting myself - sort of reinforces the whole process for me. And I've included some fields that MFP doesn't use - TDEE, BMR, that sort of thing.

Ill attach a screen shot when I get home.

Wow! This awesome! Can't wait to get home and try this!

I personally made my own chart and graph on Excel.
