For anyone else who takes their kids on a bike ride using one of the 'trailers' that go behind the bike to pull them...how do you log it for the exercise?? I KNOW that it's much harder than just riding the bike alone....

I have used sparkpeople.com to calculate difficult calorie counts like this before, but can't seem to figure it out now. I am interested in the same information and will let you know if I ever find out (without having to purchase a HRM).
Am curious as to which trailer you use though? and whether or not you like it? I have a toddler and want to buy a trailer this summer for riding at the park. It looks like a trailer is a safer bet than a bike seat, but there are so many choices! Thanks.0
