Pre C25K and C35K

I am thinking that 3/4/2013 I want to start this exercise routine, anyone want to join me?
For MWF walk for a mile and do an exercise routine I made on workout trainer. It is an app for smart phones that is free as long as you don’t use the upgrade. My exercise is called New Start 2.0. For the first 4 weeks do 1 round of each set. From week 5 to week 9 do two rounds of each set. From week 10-12 either pick a new weight routine or do three rounds.
