WEEK 5 OF MFP ENJOYING IT SO FAR LOST 9LBS , BUT LAST 2 DAYS I HAVN'T EATEN ALL MY CALORIE ALLOWANCE,BECAUSE I WAS'NT HUNGRY, I AM ON 1400 CALORIES A DAY . HOW MUCH WILL THIS AFFECT MY WEIGHT LOSS IF IM NOT EATING ENOUGH? 470 LEFT OVER TUESDAY AND 200 YESTERDAY.

Firstly if it is just a couple of days, nothing horrendous will happen. Find a couple of high calorie snacks. Peanut butter, bananas, avocados, stuff you can add to what you are eating that ramp up the calories.0

You should not be eating less than 900 calories unless under a Dr.'s supervision. It throws your metabolism in a starvation mode and slows it down so you will use less calories.0

once you have accepted my friend invite you can see my diary - I eat back when I train and have a target of 1200 cals/day so that on the non exercise days I keep to my goals
Its all about the long term goal and not a quick fix
