Gym NSV

I have been going to my "new" gym since October, and despite putting in so much effort there I didnt feel I was changing much at all. (no comments from family etc) and only a couple of lbs weight loss.
Last night I was walking upstairs to the gym floor and the man that took me to show me around the facilities back in october started chatting to me about how well I was doing, and how much I had changed in the few months I had been going. I was so pleased... it was just what I wanted... no, needed to hear this week.
Tonight I will be attacking the small group training with even more enthusiasm
Anyway, it may not be a big deal to most of you, but it meant so much to me.

Thats great
My Gym NSV is that when I started going 6 weeks ago, it took me an hour to burn about 300 calories. Last night I did it in 35 minutes. AND I am going 3 days in a row this week because I don't feel really worn out like I did at first.
I can see myself going every night for half an hour soon0 -
that's an awesome NSV!0

I currently go 6x a week I do small group HIIT/circuits twice a week, aqua-class and swimming lengths twice a week, and then the other visits I do the program I was set when I started there... but when my group training finishes next week I will be going back to 3x for swimming and aqua aerobics, and 3x for cardio/weight machines.
I love it, it has become my "me time"0 -

I overheard one of the trainers pointing out me and my husband as examples of awesomeness in progress to some potential new members. Not sure if I should be offended (that we used to be pathetic when we first started) or complimented (because we are such badasses now)...:laugh:0
