    I'm in! can we log these on the exercise diary? if so, what under?

    I'd recommend logging it under Cardio as "calisthenics" you can choose vigorous or light effort depending on how much you put into them, and then adding "plie" under strength just so that you can keep track. I like to look back and see what kind of progress I've made.

    Done! Thankfully I wore a skirt to work that has a zipper that zips up the front, or these would have been more awkward! lol

    Did yesterdays arms too since I didn't get them in.

    Done and done :) mixed it up, 50 squats, then crunches or a minute or another exercise using weights in between.

    I have balance and leg weakness issues due to MS. Can I use a chair for balance and still count as doing this challenge?
