new to myfitnesspal and looking for friends

Hi my name is Karina. I'm 23 and from Denmark.

I'm trying to get rid of the last 5-10kg(11-22lbs) and improve my fitness. I strength train 3 times a week and run 3 times a week.

    Welcome Karina, just about anything is possible if you choose the right tools to do it with. I've lost just over 33 lbs or 15kg since the beginning of November 2012. Though it wasn't accomplished by exercise alone, but by changing my lifestyle completely - particularly the foods I eat. Welcome to MFP, I've only been here a few days and I find that even by passively reading posts of others one can re-educated themselves - in many cases that is all that is needed. Though you have to actively re-educate yourself.
