Recommendations for Low/Med Intensity Workouts?

I love walking but looking for more low/medium intensity workouts? Would swimming or badminton be included in this?

    Pretty much any activity can be as intense as you want to make it. So, if you love swimming or badmitton, then do them at an intensity that suits you. If you lov to walk, but want to be more intense, up your pace or find some hilly terrain. There's also lots of great workout videos out there that would fall into this category. I have a snippet of one from Acacia that's Petra Something, I like it. Denise Austin has a few as well.

    I love walking as well. I increased the frequency and speed. I also use the stationary bike.
