Taco Soup Recipe - only 230 calories per serving

It is so freaking easy to make, you won't believe it....

For 8 servings (serving size is 1 cup)

1 Can Cooked Chicken Breast
1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (Drained)
1 Can Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
1 Can Pinto Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
1 Can Mild Enchilada Sauce
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 Can Cream of Chicken
1 Packet Taco Seasoning

Put all ingredients in pot, stir, heat on high for about 10 minutes (stirring occasionally). Serve with Tortilla Chips if you like. (Don't forget to add your tortilla chip calories to your diary seperately)

That's it! My family loves this stuff, we have been having it at least once every week or so and they never tire of it. Very filling too, one serving is sufficient for me but it is addictive so be careful, lol!!!
