Hello, Pals. Let's lose some weight, shall we? Friend me!

Hello there. Went down to 185 (6'1" male) for my wedding. Now back up to 205. Would love to get to 180. Harder now because of some meds I'm taking... BUT I'm totally determined. Have been tracking since the new year, and haven't lost anything because of one problem... MIDNIGHT SNACKING!! Woah yeah.

Anyway, this mundane calorie tracking this is actually way more fun with a community. If you are looking for some pals, well, friend me because I am too! Keeps me more honest too and encourages me to log in to see what you're all up to.

  • Congrats on the wedding! I know that late night snacking was hard for me at first. I was in a habit of doing it... so I took 3 weeks of me making sure to avoid it. By then I made a new habit, NOT EATING ..... it only takes 21 days to make a good habit. good luck, and feel free to add me as well.
