I'm new to this

Hi everyone,
Like I said before, I am new to this website. I have tried several other diet programs before, sometimes they worked other times not so much! I am trying to turn over a new leaf and change my lifestyle so that what I lose will stay off. I am hoping to get in the groove of this while the weather is nice so that it won't be so difficult to keep up once it gets cold again. I am up for any pointers on exercise that anyone has. I feel like I understand the diet part, as long as I don't get bored.....
