I need exercise suggestions to improve

my throwing ability. Due to a now healed injury to my right arm, I have lost my ability to throw anything over hand. or side arm. I am wearing 10 lb weights on my right arm. This has greatly helped my flexibility, but does not seem to be helping my throwing ability. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Throwing usually involves the rotator cuff which benefits from pulling weight or resistance tubes across your body.

    You should google shoulder and upper back exercises.

    Actually, you should probably look into a few sessions of physical therapy.

    Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately my medical insurance does not cover physical therapy.
