I have mine set on fiber, calcium, protein, carbs and fat.

I just found out you can track sodium but I am out of space.

I also realized that I can add 2 more sections to meals so I aded "recipe builder" and "vitamins" to remind me to take them as well as keep track of the calories in them.

I dropped carbs to add sodium.

I think I need that one least of all.

I need to see calcium and fat and protein.

My sodium today is 850 over.

I really need that on there to track.

    Yikes.

you should really track carbs as well, this is up to you, but carbs are one of six essential nutrients that your body needs to function and lose weight. That's all.

The site only allows for 5 categories.

Which one would you suggest is best to replace?

    Thanks pink!

    Our stats are similar.

It's nicer to see the 190's on the way down than it was on the way up, isnt it?

That's funny I saw the 1986 and thought wow we even graduated near the same time then i realized it was your birth year. lol.
  • I'm diabetic so I decided it was important for me to track calories, carbs, fibre, fat and sugar. I'm trying to remember to monitor my blood sugars before each meal to see if this is all helping me get better control. It's a shame that you can't add extra as I think monitoring salt would be good.
