Been at this for a few months now and i'm finally starting to see a little definition in my stomach. Still have some flab to lose, but i'm happy so far.
I'm 5'2'' and both pictures are at 130 lbs.

Thanks everyone
My workout usually includes:
1-3 mile run
2 sets of a 2-3 minute plank
two sets of 45 second side planks (each side)
4 sets of 50 russian twists with a 15 lb. kettlebell
40-50 pushups
100 squats
some free weight work, but not much.
For my diet I have it set to 1500, but I rarely stay that low. I usually stay between 2000-2300 and ALWAYS eat back my exercise calories0
