TDEE calorie question

Hey everybody,
So I am following the TDEE-20% method ,and my question is do I eat that calorie amount that I am allotted (from the tdee method based on my activity level) even on days when I have not done any cardio, or do I eat a little over my BMR on days when I have done no cardio.
Basically, what I am asking is do I eat the same amount of calories EVERYDAY regardless of the fact if I did cardio that day or not (as long as I match the activity level hours I have set my tdee to/week).
Thanks!

Yep, you eat the same amount everyday because your TDEE minus 20% has already been calculated with the amount of hours of exercise you told it you were going to do over the span of a week, right? So, it gave you "workout calories" averaged over 7 days. So, you have to be good and do your workouts!
If you didn't figure it that way, then you'd eat back the calories on the day you did a workout.
