I joined the website yesterday---I'm in need of losing serious poundage! I'm a mom of 3, 26 years old, and I weigh in at a staggering 263 pounds. I have been big my whole life, but I crossed the 200 threshold and kept going when I got pregnant with my first child, then I only got bigger with the other two. I have very low willpower, with bursts of determination, which in essence means I yo-yo about 15 pounds back and forth, back and forth. I'm mostly just calorie counting and reminding myself that it's basic math, as long as I stick to it I should be fine. So far, so good, I lost 6 pounds in my first week!

good for you for joining... calories are important but dont lose focus on feeding your body the things it needs. Calories are merely a number, a guideline, it's what those calories are made up of that REALLY make all the difference.0
