Well, at least one or two people actually answered the question seriously.

Eat before you go shopping, especially for groceries. Carry a water bottle at all times. Keep protein bars in your purse, car or diaper bag. I avoid the fast food because our local grocery store HEB carries excellent premade salads & sandwiches, much cheaper & fresher than the fast food places who sometimes make salads 4 days ahead :( most larger Walmarts have premade salad and sandwiches in the deli area. If you have to McDonald's grilled chicken sandwich without bun is like 100 calories, but it can be messy while driving :)

I always have a water bottle with me plus an insulated lunch bag with fruit (fresh and or dried), protein bars, nuts, and granola.

    Good luck!!

If you do want to eat out plan ahead. Know what restaurants are in the area where you will be and look at their menus/calorie count information and plan where you will go and what you will eat.

This is exactly what I do. A lot of restaurants have menus with nutritional info on their website. The last time I went out I made sure to only eat half of my meal and saved the other half for the next night.

    WTH not?

Sometimes it just takes too long. I don't have an hour and a half to devote all the time.

I am the same way. Try having granola, nuts, raisins, apple, banana, etc and a bottle of water in your purse. As soon as you feel it coming, head it off before those things are no longer able to satisfy you.

    hour & a half???????????

IKR, you need more dedication than only 90 minutes if you want to keep the "hottest MFPer" title.
