Omelets!
You could even make them with just egg whites for even less calories.
I usually sautee some veggies and put soy cheese in them.
Even using full eggs, cheese and bacon bits it's still under 300 cals.
and pretty much no carbs.
Another great option is baked fish or chicken and veggies. Even baked pork chops if you like them, just buy lean ones.
