I had this for lunch today, and I thought it was great.

1 Boca burger (120 cal)
1 whole wheat tortilla (100 cal)
1 TBS Fat Free Blue Cheese Dressing (15 cal)
1 TBS Red's Hot wing sauce (20 cal)
Sliced tomatoes

I cooked the Boca burger, then sliced it into thin strips then added the sauce and tomatoes. Usually I HATE fat free dressing, but the hot sauce and blue cheese combo was great and I was completely full.
