Raspberry Ketone and Carb Blocker

I just recently purchased at Sam’s Club Creation’s Garden Raspberry Ketone and Creation’s Garden Carb Blocker.
I started back on my diet Monday and have been seeing weight loss on the scale. I did however start taking the Carb Blocker on Tuesday but only with my dinner which was high in carbs (pasta). I have not started the Raspberry Ketone yet because I wanted to get opinions from those who have tried it to see if I am wasting my time before I open this package.
Has anyone tried any of these products and if so please be honest and tell me what your thoughts are on them?
1. How long have you been taking them?
2. Are you taking RK and or Carb Blocker?
3. How much do you take?
4. Have you noticed any results (weight loss or weight gain)?
5. Any side effects?
6. Would you honestly recommend them?
Thank you in advance.

Return them if you can. They are worthless.
Carbs will not make you gain fat unless you are over your calories so personally I think the carb blocker is a waste of money.
The keytones do nothing... they got all hyped up because Dr Oz recommended them for weight loss when they really do nothing.
Don't rely on pills. They will not do anything for your goals. Progress you see will be due to your diet, not the pills.0
