Low self esteem

I was always bigger, when I decided to change my life I was 224lb. The lowest I weighed was 148. Currently I'm 165 and have been in the 160s for the past year. But instead of feeling proud of myself for losing so much I have really low self esteem and hate that I can't get down to my goal of 130.

You can get down to your goal of 130 if that is a healthy weight range for you. Don't give up on yourself. And getting there no matter how hard it is or how long it takes is worth it. It should even boost your self esteem a bit. Although I know from personal experience 'getting skinny' isn't a cure all.
And hey, if you can manage it, finding someone professional to discuss your self-esteem issues with might be a good idea. It's a tough issue to deal with, why not enlist some trained help?0
