Sunday weekly weigh- in group anyone??

I want to lose 50lbs. 40 more to go. The first ten came off fairly easy. Month two is much slower. It doesn't help that I check my weight every morning. I want to weigh in weekly. Anyone want to challange each other to stick to counting and exercising so we can start each week off a few pounds smaller than the last????
