Weight Loss -- Month 2 Trend?

Hey All,
I'm frustrated because for 2 1/2 weeks now I've basically net gained 2 pounds. I was searching the message boards I can't be the only one who has ever experienced a stall right? (After the search I confirmed, that's so true.)
I started on Jan 2, at 203 lbs, currently weigh 194 pounds, My lowest was 192 on Feb 2. I'm 30, 5'3"
I work out an hour a day 5 days per week, rotating weight lifting and C25K/speed walking. I eat about 1600-2000 calories a day. (Netting slightly less than that.)
So two things here:
1, If you have any suggestions for me go for it.
2. Are you experiencing this? Did you start your weight loss the first of the year, and have stalled out after your first 10 pounds? Or has this happened to you in the past? Commiserate or offer advice of how you got through it!
Thanks!

I started on MFP Jan 3 @ 223....dropped to 212 by the 28th  & stayed stuck for 2 weeks:mad: , showed a .6# loss last week  and since Sunday I'm down 3#. I think sometimes the body just decides to have an attitude & we're newbies so this is bound to happen regularly (I would think) I actually missed my Zumba class on Monday so I had 2 days in a row off...coincidence? or did my body relish the extra rest and is rewarding me for it??? I don't know, I guess I'll see if I'm still down 3# for my Saturday weigh in :happy:0

haha... I like the body has attitude thing... that's what I'll tell myself next time I get on the scale, "Stop giving me attitude! I know you liked that workout last night!"0

You might want to give it another week or two to see if it doesn't balance out, but if not, you can ask Sara and SideSteel at the Eat, Train, Progress group. They are very knowledgeable and helpful.
