How to Lose Water Weight Gain (from salt)

I gained two pounds in two days. I know it's just water weight after a couple high sodium days. I worked out yesterday after the high sodium meal and still was up another pound this morning after already being up one yesterday. I usually tend to make lower sodium choices and will start to pay more attention to it but I am wondering how to bounce back from it? I have been drinking water constantly throughout the day and had a banana (I read that potassium helps)...does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!!

Increase your water intake. It will flush everything out. The more you drink the more you pee.0

Dont exercise, drink a lot of water, and cut your carbs for a day or two. You'll lose the water weight.0
