Outer/Inner thigh and hip workout???

So, I gained about 60 pounds during/after my pregnancy. It seems like every last pound when right to my hips and thighs! I know you can't "target" an area and only lose there...but I feel like the workouts I do aren't adequately working out my trouble zone. Any suggestions on workouts that are good for helping to tone the outer/inner thigh and hip area? I would like it to be something I can do at home as well since I can't always go to the gym (but gym workouts would be awesome as well!). Thanks!

It's not that you can't target an area and only lose there, you can't target an area at all. You can strengthen the muscles and build muscle, but no excerise aimed at a specific body part will make fat come off that area any faster. That being said, try squats, lunges and deadlifts.0

Squats of all sorts - sumo squats, prisoner squats, jump squats, etc. You can google them.
Front and side lunges
Side Plank leg lifts
Once you get good at these you can add weight for intensity0 -
Running, squats, and walking lunges have done amazing things for my legs!0

I've heard JM No More Trouble Zones targets these kind of areas.0
