Started Insanity yesterday... a few ?s

Hi everyone , I came on here looking for opinions and health. I was wondering if I could become a little toned and achieve a flat stomach if I can complete insanity. As of right now I am 5' 11 and around 183. I have pictures of myself but I don't know how to post them yet, could somebody explain lol?
