I am doing JMBR which is challenging for me but through each video, I progress nicely. I'm seeing great results but after I'm done, I really need to take it up to the next level. I purchased Chalean Extreme thinking it would be a step up but I did one of her cardio videos for a double workout day and was seriously disappointed. I'm assuming C.E. is lower on the tough scale than JMBR?
Any insight?
I'm thinking of trying "Insanity" next.....even thou looking at beach body's website, there was like ten different variations (can you say confusing for someone like me?)...
TIA for any advice you can throw my way.

After the Chalean video was done on the double workout day, I put in another video so I can get a good workout in that night....0

I can't offer any advice on JMBR or Chalean. I do the Insanity program tho and can say that if you are looking for a challenge it will not disappoint. If you decide to do Insanity I would recommend getting the normal Insanity program and then add to that the deluxe dvd set which gives you 3 more advanced workouts to use as you get deeper into the program. I am 3 days away from completing the program and am very happy with the results. I will be doing a second round after taking a short break. Hopefully someone else can chime in for you on the other 2 programs.0

CLX isn't really a pure cardio workout. The cardio complements the strength training days. I haven't done JMBR to compare it to, but I found the strength days in the first month challenging enough and now in month 2, lifting heavy is stressed even more so. I've heard month 3 is the hardest.
I've done Insanity too. They're completely different programs. You'll certainly find the Insanity cardio to be challenging! For me, when I did Insanity I think I could have had better results if I had been stronger. There's a lot of push-ups and burbees and other body-weight exercises.
What I think I'll do is finish up this round of CLX, get stronger, and then do another round of Insanity.0
