Hi Everyone,
I was just wondering what everyone has set for their nutrition goals and targets in terms of Carbs, Protein and Fats and what the best ratio is for weight loss?
I need some help in this area as I dont know too much about what the setting should be for optimal results!

It varies for everyone. For me I try and focus on low carb high fiber options and vigorously watch my calories. Good luck0

I am using the weight watcher method which is calories, fats and fibers. I googled how much protein is needed and it was somewhere around 108 to 116 grams day so I never worry about going over on that. I keep carbs low because my body runs better. load up on the veggies and fruits..0
