I would suggest maybe getting a second opinion, or maybe talk to your obgyn about premenopause, your pcp may not fully understand all the complexities and variations like an obgyn would. Perhaps with a clean slate a different doctor might be able to see something else that's going on. Kudos to you for sticking to your plan!0

sounds like with all this said..bump your calories up to 1400 a day and see what happens and eat back half of your exercise calories.. just start tweaking.0
