A machine with a rope on the end of it and two big rubbery things dangling from the rope. It's pulled out, you stand sideways holding the rubber balls and turn your torso and then push the balls away down and to the side, then bring back face forward and repeat.
I was holding something that looked like this attached to a pulley attached to a large pull down type machine.

Tricep push down, but I've also used it for abs. Kneeling on the floor and doing cruches, just make sure to use your abs, not your hips.0

You're right.
Although I'm really not sure what benefit there is to doing it sideways and then rotating towards it.
Probably better to just do a tricep pulldown
I was hoping she was going to ask about cable rope face pulls . . .0
