What would a daily meal plan look for you if junk food was actually the healthiest food you could eat?
example: maple bar donut now has the same nutrients as kale!
red koolaid is like spirulina powder in water!
I'd probably eat Baskin Robbins ice cream cakes for lunch.

Breakfast would be mounds of pancakes dripping in maple syrup with some chocolate chips.
Lunch would be a giant bowl of fettucini alfredo, PF Changs, or pizza
Dinner would be similar to lunch or I might eat breakfast all over again
I would probably top everyhing off with some cheesecake and have some mint choclate chip ice cream as a snack. yum....0 -

Dinner: A big plate of cheese cake brownies and vanilla ice cream, along with a couple of donuts and various cookies0 -
non organic instant oatmeal for breakfast with full fat milk
non-organic fruit for a midmorning snack
grilled steak with a sweet potato and a pat of butter for lunch
handful of dark cocoa roasted almonds for a midafternoon snack and some greek yogurt.
Grilled salmon with non organic peppers and onion sauteed in coconut oil for dinner.
Half pint of ice cream for a snack before bed.
JK...that's a realistic, healthy balanced diet.0 -
I'd live at a chinese buffet, my only liquid intake would be milkshakes, breakfast would be half a dozen cream filled donuts, and I'd order a stuffed crust meat lovers pizza as my daily nightcap.0

Thick crust, extra cheese, all meat pizza for supper
Ice cream and Oreo's anytime I wanted and I would only drink Diet Pepsi!

Breakfast:
Waffles drenched in butter, peanut butter, nutella, maple syrup, with three sausage links, and a mound of hash browns with shredded colby jack cheese on top.
Lunch:
A triple bacon cheeseburger with sauteed mushrooms, BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato, goat cheese, and coleslaw. Then a side of slim cut french fries in mounds of melted butter, with a large spiked milkshake.
Dinner:
A 12oz medium steak with smashed potatoes drenched in butter, chives, sour cream & cheese, with pork fried rice.
Desert:
Two pints of Ben & Jerry's Red Velvet Cake ice cream.0 -

Lunch: Meatloaf with macaroni and cheese, dumplins, fried okra, and corn bread; peach cobbler and ice cream for dessert
Dinner: Turkey and dressing with cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, broccoli casserole; pumpkin pie for dessert
Snack: Pumpkin bread from Starbucks and a cinnamon dolce latte.0 -

Second Breakfast: 2 glazed donuts and half a dozen donut holes
Lunch: Chinese buffet
Snack: Mashed potatoes with an extra dollop or five of sour cream
Dinner: Stuffed crust chicken supreme, 5 hard shell taco supremes, and a frosty with a side of fries (for dipping)
Dessert: half a dozen or so shots of vodka and/or rum in some gaterade
So basically, exactly what I was eating about 6 months ago.0 -
Breakfast: Belgian waffles please. Extra whipped cream.
Mid-morning skinny latte? What am I, on a diet? I'll take the hot chocolate.
Lunch: That American classic...chicken strips, side of fries (with a lot of ketchup).
Feeling a bit peckish mid-afternoon....ah, this slice of cheesecake should do the trick.
Dinner: Cheese pizza, with garlic dipping sauce. And if I can see plate, I need another slice. And a chocolate milkshake.0 -
Honestly, I'd probably eat pretty much what I eat now but more of it. The only junk food I really have a passion for is roasted nuts so my servings of that would be much bigger, plus I'd eat corn/tortilla chips more often, also Sun chips. Oh - and I'd have them with dip.0

Lunch: Filiberto's super Mexican steak nachos
Dinner: big bowl of homemade spaghetti with cream cheese in the sauce and several slices of buttered garlic toast
Dessert: Coldstone 1/2 strawberry 1/2 sweet cream with Oreos mixed in. Gotta-Have-It size.0 -

Well that would be what i used to eat..
Breakfast : 3-5 Large Coffees with milk and up 2-3 Sugars, or/and FUIC, FUIC.
Lunch: Hot Dog with the Lot (Have been known to have 2) :blushing: ... Chocolate Doughnut, FUIC.
Dinner: Pizza, Spaghetti..but most of my dinners wernt actually that bad..Stir Frys, Strog, Crockpot...
Snacks: FUIC, FUIC, FUIC, FUIC, FUIC...damn...used to have up to 9 a day....:blushing:
Now looking at that im going to work out how much my calorie intake was...
Erm..just breakfast was over 4000cal..so maybe i won't...0
