Serious question
Does anyone know how many calories are burned during sex?
Nothing acrobatic but sweaty and breathing heavy sex
30 min = ?
60 min = ?
Too old to think about longer

    I myself find that to be a very good question, I am new here so not sure its a "appropriate question" but still.
    I would guess it depends on the person. I often feel like I do after 30 minutes on the treadmill after 15-20 mins in bedroom but not sure I'm loosing the same calories or not
