I workout 5-6 days a week .. each time i burn about the same amount of calories 425ish calories for 52-56 mins..
no matter what workout i do.. i still burn the same never more then that.. even after adding weighted gloves, my heart rate is mostly above 145-160 according to my Hrm.. could there be anything wrong with it or am i just over thinking it?

If your heart rate stays the same and you work out for the same length of time your calorie burn is going to be the same.0

i would up the intensity. walk on an incline on the treadmill or use the stepmill that makes my heart rate jump pretty high0
