Possible egg ellergy but want to go low-carb - Help

Hopefully some folks have good ideas for me. I'm happy that I've been losing weight, but I feel like I need to drop more fat and with a calorie deficit diet only I am afraid I might be losing muscle mass more than fat. I would like to transition to a low-carb eating plan, but I've recently realized I've developed an allergy to eggs so breakfasts might be kind of rough.

Any advice or thoughts for breakfasts minus eggs on a low-carb lifestyle?
