Anybody else trying to avoid falling into unhealthy habits?

I tried checking out community search and groups, but couldn't find this issue exactly, but I'm guessing I'm not the only one. Eons ago, I was anorexic. I am most certainly not now! But as I've started my new healthy lifestyle and weight loss process, I can already see those unhealthy habits sneaking in. Some examples: feeling guilty about treats when I'm still under calorie goals, constantly stressing if my calorie goals are accurate (or should be lower), figuring out how to get by on less, feeling anxious on days I don't exercise, and feeling that what exercise I'm getting isn't enough, and general obsession about everything food and weight loss.
My BRAIN knows that some of these behaviors aren't good in the long run, and it was amazing how quickly these thoughts/"goals" came back into my life! I want to be slimmer, but reasonably and healthy. Anybody else?

I think everyone who is overweight and trying to change is fighting some issue that effects their eating habits. I can be a stress eater, which some times comes up as overeating and some times not eating at all. Recognizaing the issues and possibly identifying triggers is the first step in fight the urges and negative thoughts in the mind.
