The best thing would be to choose rewards that don't involve food but are indulgences that your dont treat yourself to. For example once you drop a full size buy yourself a cute outfit that makes you feel good, or color/cut your hair ( make yourself feel like a new person). With the weight I have lost (127lbs) I have given myself alot of rewards. I have gotten a massage, bought new clothes and completely changed my hair color ( from Brown to Blonde). Those little things helped me feel like I was becoming a new/better person. Best of luck with your goals!

I was giving myself charms for my bracelet for each 10 pounds. Turtle for how slow the first 10 pounds came off, bicycle for what exercise I used, 20 for 20 pounds ect. It was a cheap but motivating reward

I just kind of go with the flow with rewards.

In the past when I did WW I would always reward with a meal out somewhere, but don't want to do that now.
    That seems unproductive. :noway:

I would say for now it's going to be clothes - get a new outfit when I hit the 10-pound mark.

    Good luck to you.

I love that, now thats a great reward. I just have a shopping spree planned when I hit my goal. Whats nice though is on the last couple of losses my hubby bought me flowers and told me how proud he was of me (i didn't have to ask him).

I've seen a lot of people get really down on themselves on this site. Their weight is directly tied to their self esteem. I've read over and over how people stop taking care of themselves or trying to look nice because they don't see the point.

Get your eyebrows waxed, a facial, your nails done, a new hair cut, etc. We are all here trying to get healthier and look and feel better. Any rewards that make me feel beautiful help me stay on track and keep up with the hard work.

Thank you to EVERYONE who gave me some good tips! I may just give myself more than one if I feel the need at that time!

So looking forward to getting the rest of this weight off! It's hard but enjoying the journey!:smokin:
