Just Getting Started!

I am 32 years old and have two wonderful children and the Best Boyfriend.But due to suffering with Chronic Pain for the last three years due to Scoliosis and other not so lovely back problems.. I put on a good amount of weight But I am ready to shed this weight to strengthen my core to avoid energy and be able to not go to a store without being asked how far along I AM! I also need to keep motivated which is hard when pain is always around

hello there im just starting out as well and came upon your post.
im Annie . forty six from Scotland. married , three children (just youngest at home now shes fifteen) and im a granny too.
sorry to hear of your pain.. i really do know what that is like.. had an accident four years ago and had cauda equina and neuro surgeries....
my latest surgery was four weeks ago.. orthopaedic this time.. spinal fusion and a cage put into strenghten my lumbar spine.. so now am entering phase 2 of my recovery.. and that is loosing some weight!
would love to buddy up and see if we can help eachother through this !

Hey, I think I replied to one of your other posts (in fitness maybe?). I have fibromyalgia so I get pain. Makes exercising so difficult! Friend me if you want!0
