The free trial has ended. Effective Monday, February 18th, I will begin charging for diet and exercise advice. Rates will be decided on a sliding scale depending on your age, region, salary, and net worth.

Studies have shown that people feel something is more valuable when they have to pay for something vs getting it for free, so this is a very good deal.
