    Rihanna: S&M (Dave Aude Radio)

haha, i didn't realize they bleeped words here....
That was Sexy B**ch (feat. Akon).
  • Ok so this one is probably dorky but it totally is a perfect intro song for many of my workouts: "eye of the tiger" by survivor
  • All American Rejects, Gives You Hell.

Perfect for those moments when someone gets under your skin and the best way to get them out is remind yourself how freakin' awesome you are for devoting this workout time to yourself.

I have that one too...and yes it is dorky!

    My current playlist:

    Groove is in the heart

    Pump up the jam

    I like to move it

    Sexy and I know it

    Bootylicious

    Don't wake me up

    Pound the alarm

Anything with a dance beat, like Lady Gaga or Kesha.

Number one song though, Monster Remix by Meg and Dia. (warning, the lyrics are triggering, but you can't hear it as much in the remix as you can in the original).

I was going to post Akon and Rihanna too. haha. They were my faves from this morning's work out.
Basically if it's a cheesy dance song I got it. Love me some techno too.

Maroon 5 - Moves Like Jaggar
    Katy Perry - I Kissed A Girl
