Hey all. Let me just explain my problem. I've been using MFP daily for the past 6 months. Started out great. Lost almost 30lbs! When that was going on I was maybe at 1300 calories. Then Christmas hit and I thought I was doing great just treading even and neither gaining nor losing. Once New Years hit I wanted to do what I could to get back on the losing bandwagon and kept my calorie diet at 1400. I had a few days where i messed up but overall I thought I was doing good.. But I never lost anything, and even began gaining slowly! I read somewhere that it might be because I had put my body in "starvation mode" at such a low calorie limit, so I raised it to 1800.... This made me definitely eat a lot more and made me worry that I would gain even faster. On January 31st I joined the gym and have been trying to go every other day...
Anyways just so you know, I'm now 10lbs away from gaining back all the weight I lost.... and my question is... what is a good level of calories for you? I've looked at calculators online... and they're all different. I have no idea what to do.... please help me.

When you log your workouts into your diary, MFP will adjust your caloric allowance in food for that day. I feel that it is pretty reliable!0

I use this because I'm lazy and it does all the math for me:
