LOVE the Rowing Machine!! Especially for "Bra Roll"

I hadn't rowed in YEARS but I got re-introduced to it in CrossFit a couple weeks ago. I think I am in love!

This one machine worked my thighs (especially the hammies!!) my thighs, arms, and especially my BACK.... ladies, think BRA ROLL! That annoying fat over and under our bra straps. The motion of rowing works exactly what Joyce Vedral's "Just boobs and bra roll" weight training video works, but without the stress of the free weights on my wrists.

To mitigate carpal tunnel symptoms, I do two things: 1. I wear weightlifting wrist braces and 2. I hold the bar so that my thumb is alongside my index finger, not underneath the bar like we would normally hold a grip.
