Just recently calculated my macros under basic If It Fits Your Macros principles and was just wondering if anyone else would like to take a look, and maybe even offer some tips and advice on what changes might need to be made in order to make the best of what I have. Roughly at a 300+ deficit.

Current Stats:
Height-5'8
Weight-168lbs
Workout plan-Stronglift/Madcow 5x5


175lbs * 16 = 2800

2800 Maintenance
2300 Cutting
3200 Bulk

Protein = 4cals/gram
Carbs = 4cals/gram
Fat = 9cals/gram

CUTTING
1g/1lb body weight = 175*4 = 700cals/175grams protein
575cals/64grams fat
575 + 700 = 1275cals/318grams carbs



Will be tapering down carbs weekly
